Gleeds will be providing project management services for the development which was commissioned as part of a \u00a3500 million capital investment plan.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by award-winning architectural practice, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.makearchitects.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Make<\/a>, the project will see a 5,000m2 teaching facility built at the University Park campus. The site is widely regarded as one of the most attractive in the country and is the largest of four campuses, which cover a total area of over 300 acres. The new building will be situated adjacent to the award-winning Hallward Library and will comprise a range of teaching facilities, as well as staff and student amenities.<\/p>\n<p>James Marshall, Gleeds director based in Nottingham, commented: \u201cThe new facilities seek to provide an improved educational experience and, once complete, will help to attract both national and international students to the city of Nottingham. We are delighted to be involved in this project and look forward to see the ambitious plans come to fruition.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>David Patterson, Partner at Make added: \u201cThis will be a beautiful building on a beautiful campus.
