Doosan will showcase the company\u2019s brand new DL-7 range of wheel loaders for the first time at World of Concrete 2021 in the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, USA from 8-10 June 2021. Representative of the new DL-7 range, a DL380-7 wheel loader will be exhibited on the Doosan Stand Number W1302 in the West Hall at the Convention Center.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe updates in the DL-7 wheel loaders are the result of more than a decade of customer feedback,\u201d says Aaron Kleingartner, dealer and product marketing manager. \u201cWe are eager to see the excitement the DL380-7 generates at World of Concrete. This is a milestone product launch for Doosan.\u201d<\/p>\n
A new look and all-new, redesigned cabs with enhanced comfort features, increased bucket capacities and new fuel-saving technologies are highlights of this next generation of Doosan wheel loaders. Every DL-5 Series Doosan wheel loader will eventually be replaced by a DL-7 Series machine \u2014 from the DL200-7 to the DL580-7.<\/p>\n
The new DL380-7 \u2014 a replacement for the DL350-5 \u2014 features an axle upgrade allowing customers to carry and lift larger load capacities. This increases customers\u2019 capabilities in a variety of traditional earthmoving applications. In addition, a larger standard bucket provides up to 7% larger capacity than the previous model for faster, easier loading to help customers finish their jobs in fewer passes.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur new DL-7 Series wheel loaders are designed to work in demanding applications,\u201d Kleingartner says. \u201cThey\u2019re built with a durable and rugged box frame that\u2019s meant to endure harsh working environments. Added material strengthens each section for better balance and improved lifting capacity.\u201d<\/p>\n
Doosan Excavator Also on Display<\/strong><\/p>\n Doosan will also showcase a 14 tonne crawler excavator, the 109 HP DX140LC-5. This 14 tonne machine is among the most popular excavators in the Doosan line-up, especially for smaller residential site preparation. Its size makes it attractive to contractors who need an excavator larger than a mini-excavator but still want the versatility of a relatively small crawler model.<\/p>\n \u201cThe DX140LC-5 and reduced tail swing DX140LCR-5 models remain some of our bestselling excavators,\u201d Kleingartner says. \u201cFor customers who work in traditional earthmoving applications, the 14 tonne machine provides additional dig depth and reach from a slightly larger model than a mini-excavator. And the machine\u2019s steel tracks make them appealing for enhanced traction and added stability when used for lifting applications.\u201d<\/p>\n The DX140LC-5 excavator has a maximum digging depth of 6135 mm and a maximum digging reach of 8665 mm. A rearview camera comes standard and a sideview camera is an option.
