Rock.Zone attachments.<\/span> Focusing on demolition, Inmalo will be supplying the Rockcrusher bucket and the<\/span>
Rockwheel<\/span> attachments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rockcrusher<\/span><\/span>
The Rockcrusher<\/span> enables material to be crushed and recycled directly on site as an attachment on an excavator.<\/span>
Disposal or transportation costs to stationary crushing plants are avoided<\/span>, making demolition more sustainable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The attachment comes in 4 sizes RC7R, RC9R, RC1<\/span>1R, RC13R, depending on<\/span> your<\/span> project<\/span> requirements and<\/span>
excavator size. Rockcrusher produces reusable crushed backfill material with a consistent aggregate size for<\/span>
stabil<\/span>it<\/span>y.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The crushing process uses a Quattro movement with hydraulic jaw plates removing<\/span> the need for further<\/span>
processing. A reverse function also enables any jammed material to be ejected safely. The cube<\/span>–<\/span>shaped end<\/span>
product will solidify the soil with less risk of unwanted bumps or sinkholes<\/span> making it<\/span> i<\/span>deal for on<\/span>–<\/span>site land<\/span>
stabilisation and r<\/span>einstatement work.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Operation cost is less than 1 EUR per ton of processed material (including fuel and maintenance costs) making<\/span>
Rockcrusher<\/span> the<\/span> ideal solution for small to medium sized projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Rockwheel<\/span><\/span>
Rockwheel revolving cutting units effortlessly<\/span> break up and<\/span> crush concrete, including steel reinforcement<\/span>
without the need for additional tools to cut rebar and flat bar.<\/span> The units demolish and cut in a<\/span> one<\/span>–<\/span>step<\/span> process<\/span>
with unrivalled performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The resulting crushed material is the same size as g<\/span>ravel, making<\/span> it reusable<\/span> as<\/span> crushed aggregate or its<\/span> waste<\/span>
removal<\/span> from site<\/span> easier and<\/span> more<\/span> efficient. The units also come with a mounted spray nozzle ensuring dust<\/span>–<\/span>free<\/span>
work when connected to a water supply.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

These cutting attachments use powerful<\/span> carbide spike<\/span>d<\/span> tips<\/span>,<\/span> turning and ripping at high<\/span> speed<\/span> revolutions and<\/span>
are perfect for applications where a bucket or grapple would be too weak and a hammer would be excessive and<\/span>
slow.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Demolition with Rockwheel cutting units have a lower noise activity<\/span> level<\/span>.<\/span> This is<\/span> an advantage<\/span> when working<\/span>
in sensitive locations, such as urban and residential areas.<\/span><\/span>
Moreover, the use of cutting units results in lower vibration as it eliminates the typical impact energy of<\/span>
breakers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
