Or a container-based unit could be taken to a depot to sanitise trailer interiors during a high-turnaround food transport period such as the lead-up to Christmas.“We’ve been asked what advantages an automated system has over handheld pressure washers, and there are three big differences.

“The first is that when cleaning is left up to staff, they can be reluctant to go into trailers and clean them to a high standard between loads. Next, the ITW means confined space working risks are reduced, and slip risks too, when there’s a need for degreasing or antibacterial agents, which can easily be added to our ITW.

“Finally, it can offer reassurance to high-traffic logistics operators that a consistent level of cleansing is carried out at regular intervals. A numberplate or trailer code reading system can be integrated, so that wash routines can be logged. So, as well as saving time and improving hygiene standards, it’s all auditable too.”

https://www.wnv-systems.com/

WNV Systems has unveiled new truck- and container-based options for its Internal Trailer Wash.
Engineered to be safer, quicker, cheaper,

[2

post-5738","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-plant-news
["GET
